Senior Applications Developers
The candidate will be responsible for implementing challenging CRM/DataWarehousing development projects in a call center environment with significant interaction with US based customers.
Developing expertise in leading CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as Avaya, StrataSoft, NICE, and Witness. Key competency areas are comprehensive understanding of CRM architectures, individual server components, and development tools.
Working with Predictive Dialer systems to implement outbound sales campaigns. Activities include coordination with US based clients for requirements, screen design, business rules validation, reporting, and dialer maintenance processes.
Building inbound call center applications for multi-channel (web, email, and CTI) skill based routing, ticket entry, task management and analytical reporting.
Developing expertise in DataWarehousing methodologies, tools, and techniques. DataWarehousing projects are used to consolidate key performance metrics from multiple CRM systems into datamarts. Activities include developing ETL applications, star schema design, web development, and OLAP interface development.
Significant exposure and interaction with US based clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years of Application Development experience (Must be a Database programmer working on reporting projects, with 5 years experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2000, SQL Analysis Services, Microsoft DTS packages, and Visual Studio.NET projects or a Systems analyst, undertaking Operational support and coordination with users located in PI and in the US, 5 years experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio (preferably .NET), ASP.Net, Visual FoxPro, and Visual Basic).
Experience with Microsoft tools such as Visual FoxPro, SQL Server 2000, SourceSafe, Visual Studio (preferably .NET), Visual Basic, Analysis Services, DTS, stored procedures, triggers.
Business analysis skills:
experience with projects and software development lifecycles, gathering requirements, analysis, design sessions with users, documentation, test plans
